Josh Gerritsen

Josh spent his childhood making short films, but focused on portrait photography for the first part of his career. After spending half a decade in New York, he moved back to Maine to start an organic farm. Tess and Josh collaborated on Island Zero, which he directed. His experience raising pigs for meat was part of the inspiration for Magnificent Beast.

Tess Gerritsen

Tess is an internationally bestselling thriller author whose 28 novels include the Rizzoli and Isles crime novels, on which the hit TNT television series Rizzoli & Isles was based. Tess is also a screenwriter (Adrift, and Island Zero.) Her books are translated into 40 languages and more than 30 million copies have been sold. Magnificent Beast is her second collaboration with her son Josh.

Clayton Worbeck
Composer

Clayton is an award-winning Canadian composer, music producer and audio artist. His original scores have appeared in feature film, shorts and TV shows. He has also mixed songs for multi-platinum artists and collaborated on various albums with Grammy-nominated musicians.

Hanji Chang
Animation

Hanji Chang is a Taiwanese – Korean artist who grew up in South Africa during the apartheid. Hanji is an animator, painter, freelance illustrator and graphic designer. She graduated from Maine College of Art with a BFA in New Media. She is currently an instructor at the Maine College of Art teaching animation and visual story telling.
